About us:

We are George and Amy and our family. We live just outside the Rockies in beautiful Alberta, about an hour west of Edmonton and three hours north of Calgary. We moved to this beautiful area in 2021. We farm pasture-grazed purebred kunekune pigs. Purebred nubian goats, chickens and eggs, We fell in love with English Golden Retrievers. How could you not! They have such a kind and happy spirit and of course we LOVE the way they look. Our dogs love the farm life and of course playing with the kids whom they adore!

Are We A Member of The Canadian Kennel Club "CKC" ?

Yes, we are a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, and, all our Golden Retriever puppies are sold certified purebred with a non-breeding certificate of registration with The Canadian Kennel Club.

How Much are Our English Golden Retriever Puppies?

Our English Golden Retriever puppies come with the following:

Canadian Kennel Club registration - non breeding

* Micro chipped with FREE lifetime registration with both Microchip4Solutions and the CKC database

* 1 year genetic health guarantee

* 4 weeks complimentary pet insurance from Trupanion

* Vet checked and all first vaccinations applicable

* Fully de-wormed

* Puppy starter kit which includes a complimentary bag of dry Purina Pro food the puppies are currently eating,

3 cans of Purina wet puppy food, a leash & collar, food and water dish, meal portion measuring cup,

as well as other goodies!

* In addition all our puppies are put through ENS, Early Puppy Neurological Stimulation from day 3 through day 16. This program was developed by the US military and has been proven to improve both the mental functions as well as strengthen the heart, adrenals and other organs.

From 2 weeks to 8 weeks we train the puppies to eat of of 7 different surfaces as well as walk on 7 different surfaces and walk up and down stairs to improve stress response and increase confidence.

From 6 weeks to 8 weeks we start the puppy on leash training.

In addition to the above we also handle each puppy daily and expose each puppy to multiple ages of people and children as well as different circumstances to again mentally develop a puppy that will be a lifetime of joy for their new owner.

*Puppy prices are $2500. Our adult and trained dogs are priced accordingly.

What is the Adoption Process?

Before you proceed with the adoption process please familiarize yourself with all the information on our website regarding our dogs.
It is never to early to place a deposit on an upcoming puppy. Some clients place a deposit 6 months and up to a year in advance. By reserving a puppy and ensuring your place on the waiting list affords you the ability to have more choices from a particular litter or time frame.
Once you have decided you wish to purchase your next puppy from us please fill out our puppy application found here. This form and information requested is not meant to be intrusive, but rather, to ensure all our puppies have great homes and to ensure that you, the new owner, are getting a lifetime companion that is suited to your lifestyle. Puppy ownership is a big commitment, and we want to make sure our puppies have loving homes for the rest of their lives.
Upon successful submission of your application we will review your information to determine that you are a good candidate for our puppies. We take very good care of our puppies and want to maintain that care in their new "furever" home.
We will get back to you within 24-48 hours of your submission with any further questions or approval. (if you do not receive a response in that time frame please check your spam folder). If you have NOT heard from us within the specified time frame please send us a message as sometimes applications can go missing.
Once approved we will provide you with a contract/invoice and instructions to send your deposit via e-transfer.
Deposits are $500 and non- refundable. They are however transferable to another litter should the current litter not have the puppy you are looking for or the timing is not right for whatever reason.
Deposits will lock you in at the current price of $2500 which includes tax.
Once your e-transfer has been received congratulations! You can relax in knowing that we are working hard in taking the best care of the mothers, (of course the dads too), and the soon to be yours puppy!
We do not allow any selection of puppies until they reach 8-9 weeks of age. We do however take litter group photos in the first week after they are born and once again around 4 weeks of age. Around week 6-7 we take a comprehensive photo shoot of each puppy and post is to our website. This allows each person with a reservation a week or two to pick favourites before the selection/go home day which are the same date/day.
We notify will all reservation holders of the selection/go home day which happens when the puppies are 8-9 weeks of age and is almost always a Friday or a Saturday. We schedule 1 hour for each reservation holder in the order of their reservation . I.E. Third deposit gets third choice. If for some reason you are not able to physically be at our kennel on selection day we will work with you during your time slot over the phone or online to select the puppy of your choice based on the available puppies and their photos on our website.
We as breeders reserve the right for the first 2 choices from any particular litter at our discretion.
* Once you have selected your precious bundle of joy we will fill out your Genetic Health Guarantee, Complimentary Insurance, Microchip Information, Vet Records, Start the Canadian Kennel Club registration process, and, as well provide you with our puppy starter kit and fill you in on any information you may need to care for your puppy.

We want to see the puppies and parents in person before making a decision, may we?

We do NOT allow casual visiting to our kennel. Due to the ever increasing bio hazard risk of multiple dog diseases including Parvovirus and the devastating effects it has on young puppies we ONLY allow visitation of the puppies to pre-approved puppy applicants who wish to select a puppy WHEN we have puppies available on selection day.

We have posted a full bio along with a plethora of pictures of all our parent breeding dogs for your perusal. This is more than ample information for anyone wishing to make a decision on purchasing a puppy from us.

We strive to ensure that each an each and every puppy that goes to its new home is healthy and will provide its new family with love and friendship for a lifetime. Due to our obligation to our puppy owners we cannot allow casual visitors.

Do we ship our English Golden Retriever puppies?

Yes, for Alberta, a large portion of BC, and Saskatchewan we can personally deliver for a fee. The personal delivery fee of $30 per driving hour is calculated based on the amount of hours round trip to your door. For the rest of Canada we ship via West Jet. Shipping cost varies depending on destination. Airline flights include a brand new airline approved carrier kennel which will be yours to keep. Shipping is very safe with West Jet. The puppy is placed in a climate controlled, pressurized portion of the plane. We look after all the paperwork required to ship including vet certificates and booking. All that is left for you to do is pick up the puppy from a receiving warehouse close to the airport at your destination. Shipping via this method is usually approximately $500-$750 but please contact us for an exact quote.
